As an experienced chef for twenty five yearsand having run his own establishment for twenty of those years, Mark Padfield has developed his cookery classes in response from customers staying at the Mill.
Having had formal training at The Lygon Arms, Broadway in Worcestershire, he went on to become head chef at Dumbleton Hall in the Cotswolds and finally established his own country-style Bed and Breakfast both on Arran and now at the Mill.
Working with small groups, Mark's hands-on teaching techniques are friendly and informal, with the emphasis on the individual. Each person is able to work at their own level so the courses are equally suited to the novice or more experienced cooks alike.
